This 60-minute Wim Hof Breathing Class is an immersive introduction to one of the most powerful breath-based practices in the world. This class can be in person in the DFW area or by Zoom.

Designed for both curious beginners and experienced breathers, this session guides you through the mindset pillar of the Wim Hof Method, followed by structured breathing exercises that prepare your body and mind for a full Wim Hof breathing experience.


We’ll move step-by-step learning, practicing, and integrating along the way so you understand not just how to do the breath, but why it works. The session concludes with a complete, guided Wim Hof breathing journey designed to support deep release, clarity, and transformation. This experience can be intense, yet profoundly empowering.
