We begin with the mindset pillar, setting clear intentions and learning how mental focus, presence, and commitment play a critical role in resilience and healing. From there, we move into guided Wim Hof breathing exercises, building awareness, safety, and confidence before entering a full breathing journey.

The session culminates with guided cold exposure in a controlled cold plunge environment. You’ll be supported every step of the way, learning how to regulate your breath, stay present, and meet the cold with calm, confidence, and choice.
